Reservation Policy:

To guarantee a reservation, a valid credit card must be given at time of reservation.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.  Also Travelers Checks, and Cash  (all with proper ID) at time of check-in.

A County bed tax of 9% will be collected on all room rates.  Show your AAA card for seasonal discounts.

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations must be cancelled 72 hrs (3 days) prior to arrival date in order to avoid a charge of one nights room rate and a charge to your credit card. 

If your room can be rented to another party a $25.00 service charge will only be charged.

Privacy Policy:

Cayucos Motel will not sell, trade, or disclose to third parties any personal information or information identifying you as an individual such as:  name, address, phone, credit card number, or email address.  We do reserve the right to share this information only to collect fees owed to us.

Miscellaneous:

  • Full payment due at check-in.  All funds in U.S. Dollars.

  • Rates based on two person occupancy

  • $15.00 a day will be added for each additional person.

  • Our property is a family oriented, drug-free property.

  • Loud parties will not be tolerated after 11:00 pm.

  • If you are found to be in violation of this policy, you will be permanently removed from the property.

  • All rooms are non-smoking.  $100.00 cleaning fee will be added to your charge card if evidence of smoking is found in your room.

  • Pets are not allowed.  Pets found in the room will result in a $100.00 cleaning fee added to your charge card.

  • Activities detrimental to the comfort and safety of other guests will result in the loss of your room without a refund.

  • Group booking require 100% pre-payment.

  • Towels removed, and any other missing or damaged items will be charged to guests.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
